Reorder, rotate, and delete pages — all in one place
Most PDF editors make you fix one thing at a time. You upload a file to reorder the pages, download it, upload it again to rotate the sideways scan, download it again, then upload a third time to delete the pages you did not want. Organize PDF does all three at once in a single visual editor: every page appears as a thumbnail you can drag, turn, and remove, and the whole set is saved in one download.
Reorder by dragging. Pick up any page and drop it wherever it belongs. The rest of the document shifts to make room and the numbering updates live, so you always see the final sequence as you build it.
Rotate individual pages or batches. Every card has its own rotate button for one-off fixes. When a whole run of scans came out sideways, tick the ones you want and rotate them together from the toolbar.
Delete what you do not need. Remove a single page with the bin icon on its card, or select several and clear them in one action. Blank separators, duplicate scans, and cover sheets disappear without renumbering anything by hand.
Select in bulk. The circle on the corner of each thumbnail toggles selection, and Select All grabs the entire document at once — useful when every page needs the same rotation.
Reset at any time. Nothing touches your file until you save, so the Reset button returns everything to its original state whenever an experiment goes wrong.
Beyond simply being faster, combining the operations avoids a real problem: every save-and-reupload cycle is a chance for something to go wrong. Compression settings can shift, bookmarks can be dropped, and it becomes easy to lose track of which version is current. Applying every change in one pass means the document is written exactly once, from the original source, with everything intact.
Anyone working with scans fixes pages that fed in upside down, removes the blank backs of double-sided sheets, and puts everything in the right order in one sitting. Students assemble readings and lecture notes into a coherent study document. Office teams tidy contracts and reports before circulating them — dropping internal notes, reordering appendices, straightening scanned signature pages. Upload your PDF by dragging it onto the box or clicking to browse. Every page renders as a thumbnail within a few seconds. Drag pages into the order you want, click the rotate button on any that need turning, and use the bin icon or bulk selection to remove what does not belong. When the layout on screen matches what you want, click Save and your reorganized PDF downloads immediately.
Drag and drop is awkward on touchscreens, so every card also carries ← and → buttons that move a page one position at a time. Combined with the per-card rotate and delete buttons, the full feature set is usable on mobile without any dragging at all.
Pages are copied from the source document rather than re-rendered. Fonts stay embedded and text stays selectable and searchable. Vector graphics remain sharp at any zoom level. Photographs keep their original resolution with no additional compression. Rotation is written as a page attribute the PDF reader applies at display time, which is why a rotated page looks identical in quality to the original.
Encrypted documents are supported directly. If your PDF needs a password, a prompt appears automatically after upload — enter it once and the thumbnails render as normal. To remove the password permanently instead, use our Unlock PDF tool first.
Thumbnails are rendered locally in your browser, so the visual editing happens entirely on your own machine. When you save, the file is processed in memory on our server and discarded the instant your download completes. Nothing is written to disk, nothing is logged, and no copy is retained.
